As HSM is present in six different countries, it needed to unify and standardize its portal design on Internet. For the company, its website is not only a means of providing information but also a sales channel, as those interested in its activities can see the event schedules, articles by leading experts in management (by subscribing to the HSM newsletter) and sign up for the international seminars which the organization holds on a yearly basis.

Previously, all the websites had been designed individually by hand. Furthermore, each one had a different portal and did not display any videos. This situation meant that each office would ask for changes to design and content without respecting the unified criteria for identity and images that the company demanded. Also, without multimedia support, they lacked the opportunity to show pictures and footage of past events which are often an effective incentive for executives considering signing up for upcoming activities as they can see the quality of the speakers and the event program as well as the audiences and locations.
